ReDefine Medical Spa is a full-service, physician-led medical spa located in downtown Warrensburg, MO. Our team of highly skilled professionals, including physicians, a nurse practitioner, nurses, and aestheticians, ensures you receive the highest level of care.

We are dedicated to helping you feel better and healthier in your own skin. Through our extensive range of wellness treatments and medical-grade skincare products, we ReDefine beauty and well-being, bringing out the best in you.

As we look to the future, we’re excited to share that ReDefine Medical Spa will transition in October 2025 to become part of Western Missouri Dermatology & Medical Aesthetics, a new clinic within Western Missouri Medical Center. This move allows us to expand our services, offering both general dermatology and medical aesthetic treatments—all under one roof, with the same commitment to personalized, medically guided care.

Angela Phelps, MD

ReDefine Medical Director

Dr. Angela Phelps is a board-certified physician in Family and Obesity Medicine with 20 years of experience serving the community. She earned her medical degree and completed her residency at the University of Missouri – Kansas City.

Dr. Phelps is passionate about whole-body wellness and is dedicated to helping patients feel their best through personalized, science-backed treatments. With her expertise, she provides high-quality care tailored to each individual’s health and wellness goals.

Makenzie Evinger, MSN, FNP-BC

Makenzie Evinger, MSN, FNP-BC, brings 10 years of healthcare experience to ReDefine. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Missouri and her Master’s in Family Nurse Practitioner from Graceland University. Makenzie’s diverse experience spans trauma, general and bariatric surgery, emergency medicine, and wound care. She lives near her extended family with her husband and two children and enjoys outdoor adventures, off-road trips in their side-by-side, and making lasting memories with loved ones.

Melanie Spinelli, RN

Melanie Spinelli, RN, brings a wealth of nursing experience spanning 10 years, with a focus on neurology, PACU, and ICU. Whether you’re seeking aesthetic enhancements or simply looking for a warm and personalized experience, Melanie is here to ReDefine your expectations. Laura Routhieaux, BSN, CCRN, has 15 years of nursing experience with a specialty in critical care, working in various ICUs throughout her career. At ReDefine, she offers a wide range of aesthetic and wellness treatments to help clients feel their best. Her husband is active-duty Air Force, and she has two beautiful girls. Laura loves to spend time outdoors—hiking, swimming, and gardening.

Katie is originally from Tahlequah, Oklahoma, but has resided in Missouri for the past six years.

Outside the medspa, Kass loves reading, spending time with friends and family, and enjoying nature.

Fun fact: She has her Associate of Art degree in Business Management and really likes pickles!
