Amira Ghazali, MD
ReDefine Medical Director
Dr. Amira Ghazali, is a board-certified general surgeon who completed her medical school and residency at the University of Missouri in Kansas City, MO. Dr. Ghazali offers services such as prescription skin care, nonsurgical eye and facelifts, full-face consultations, and targeted body fat sculpting. She loves making people laugh, animals, and, in her spare time, doing art projects with her son.
    Angela Phelps, MD
    Medical Director of Elevate
    Dr. Angela Phelps is board-certified in Obesity Medicine and has been practicing in our community for 20 years. Dr. Phelps is passionate about whole body wellness by offering education or proper diet and exercise to help you achieve your long-term goals.
      Carrie Spangler, MBA, MS, NI-RN ReDefine Supervisor
      ReDefine Supervisor
      Carrie Spangler, MBA, MS, NI-RN has 13 years of nursing experience and 11 years in leadership and management. She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Clinical Informatics, along with a Nursing Informatics Board Certification. Carrie is also a small business owner of The Spangler Farmstead LLC, where she sells sourdough products, pasture-raised chicken, and farm fresh eggs. She is a mom of four boys and enjoys gardening and scuba diving trips in her free time.
        Makenzie Evinger, MSN, FNP-BC
        Makenzie Evinger, MSN, FNP-BC, brings 10 years of healthcare experience to ReDefine. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Missouri and her Master’s in Family Nurse Practitioner from Graceland University. Makenzie’s diverse experience spans trauma, general and bariatric surgery, emergency medicine, and wound care. She lives near her extended family with her husband and two children and enjoys outdoor adventures, off-road trips in their side-by-side, and making lasting memories with loved ones.
          Melanie Spinelli, RN
          Melanie Spinelli, RN, graduated from Ozarka College and has 10 years of nursing experience in neurology, PACU, and ICU. She offers injections, filler treatments, laser hair removal, and microneedling. Melanie loves art, plants, and cooking.
            Laura Routhieaux, RN
            Laura Routhieaux, RN has 15 years of nursing experience with a specialty in critical care, working in various ICUs throughout her career. At ReDefine, her offerings include laser hair removal, microneedling, IV therapy, and education for the Elevate Wellness Program. Her husband is active-duty Air Force, and she has two beautiful girls. She loves to spend time outdoors, hiking, swimming, and gardening.
              Madie Nunez, Licensed Aesthetician
              Madie Nunez is a licensed aesthetician who finds joy in performing facials and creating a serene oasis for her clients. Her mission is simple: to make you feel comfortable, relaxed, and truly pampered. Originally from Arizona, Madie is a proud spouse of an active-duty Air Force member. She specializes in facials, Hydrafacials, Keravive scalp treatments, SkinStylus microneedling, laser hair removal, and helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin.
                Katie Peters, Licensed Aesthetician
                Katie Peters is a licensed aesthetician who loves making people feel comfortable and beautiful in their own skin. Inspired by her mother, a cosmetologist, Katie always dreamed of following a similar career path. As she explored different options, she discovered her love for skincare, solidifying her decision to pursue esthetics. Katie is originally from Tahlequah, Oklahoma, but has resided in Missouri for the past six years.
                  Kass Bridges, Licensed Aesthetician, CNA
                  Kass Bridges, Licensed Aesthetician, CNA, brings her passion for skincare and wellness to ReDefine Medical Spa. With her Aesthetician license and a background as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), she’s ready to help you achieve glowing, healthy skin. Outside the medspa, Kass loves reading, spending time with friends and family, and enjoying nature. Fun fact: She has her Associate of Art degree in Business Management and really likes pickles!
                    Abbie Flamm, Receptionist
                    Abbie’s a Warrensburg local and loves meeting new faces within the community. What are Abbie’s favorite things? Complimenting people, making them feel great, and ensuring they never leave without a smile! Abbie spends the majority of her free time with her two boys, Liam and Evan, and loves planning new adventures to go on.
