ReDefine Medical Spa is a full-service, physician-led medical spa located in downtown Warrensburg, MO. Our team of highly skilled professionals, including physicians, a nurse practitioner, nurses, and aestheticians, ensures you receive the highest level of care.

We are dedicated to helping you feel better and healthier in your own skin. Through our extensive range of wellness treatments and medical-grade skincare products, we ReDefine beauty and well-being, bringing out the best in you.

Meet The Team

Amira Ghazali, MD
ReDefine Medical Director
Dr. Amira Ghazali, is a board-certified general surgeon who completed her medical school and residency at the University of Missouri in Kansas City, MO. Dr. Ghazali offers services such as prescription skin care, nonsurgical eye and facelifts, full-face consultations, and targeted body fat sculpting. She loves making people laugh, animals, and, in her spare time, doing art projects with her son.
    Angela Phelps, MD
    Medical Director of Elevate
    Dr. Angela Phelps is board-certified in Obesity Medicine and has been practicing in our community for 20 years. Dr. Phelps is passionate about whole body wellness by offering education or proper diet and exercise to help you achieve your long-term goals.
      Dawn Diamond, NP
      Dawn Diamond, NP, has over 22 years of experience in healthcare. She is passionate about improving health, self-image, and overall happiness through services such as our Elevate Wellness program, neurotoxins, fillers and more. In her free time, Dawn enjoys gardening, nature walks, music, reading, and continuous research on health improvement strategies. She loves spending time with her children and grandchildren, riding her Yamaha TT-R230, and digging up rocks with her Skid Steer.
        Melanie Spinelli, RN
        Melanie Spinelli, RN, graduated from Ozarka College and has 10 years of nursing experience in neurology, PACU, and ICU. She offers injections, filler treatments, laser hair removal, and microneedling. Melanie loves art, plants, and cooking.
          Laura Routhieaux, RN
          Laura Routhieaux, RN has 15 years of nursing experience with a specialty in critical care, working in various ICUs throughout her career. At ReDefine, her offerings include laser hair removal, microneedling, IV therapy, and education for the Elevate Wellness Program. Her husband is active-duty Air Force, and she has two beautiful girls. She loves to spend time outdoors, hiking, swimming, and gardening.
            Ashley Holmberg, RN
            With 16 years of nursing experience, Ashley Holmberg, RN, brings her expertise to ReDefine Medical Spa. Specializing in laser hair reduction, IPL, and IV infusions, Ashley combines clinical excellence with a warm, personable approach. Outside the spa, Ashley is an outdoor enthusiast, movie buff, and avid Harry Potter fan.
              Shelby Deardorff, LPN
              Shelby Deardorff, LPN, has a background in family practice and pain management. She started as a CNA right out of high school and earned her Practical Nursing License in 2015. At our medical spa, Shelby provides IV Therapy and Laser Hair Removal. A mom of two, Shelby enjoys RZR rides with her family, dancing, and caring for the animals on her farm. She also helps at her husband’s business. In her free time, Shelby loves to read, shop, and is fueled by coffee all day, every day.

                Madeleine Nunez, Licensed Aesthetician
                Madeleine Nunez is a licensed aesthetician who finds joy in performing facials and creating a serene oasis for her clients. Her mission is simple: to make you feel comfortable, relaxed, and truly pampered. Madeleine is originally from Arizona and is a proud spouse of an active-duty Air Force member.
                  Kass Bridges, Licensed Aesthetician, CNA
                  Kass Bridges, Licensed Aesthetician, CNA, brings her passion for skincare and wellness to ReDefine Medical Spa. With her Aesthetician license and a background as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), she’s ready to help you achieve glowing, healthy skin. Outside the medspa, Kass loves reading, spending time with friends and family, and enjoying nature. Fun fact: She has her Associate of Art degree in Business Management and really likes pickles!
                    Katie Peters, Licensed Aesthetician
                    Katie Peters is a licensed aesthetician who loves making people feel comfortable and beautiful in their own skin. Inspired by her mother, a cosmetologist, Katie always dreamed of following a similar career path. As she explored different options, she discovered her love for skincare, solidifying her decision to pursue esthetics. Katie is originally from Tahlequah, Oklahoma, but has resided in Missouri for the past six years.
                      Abbie Flamm, Receptionist
                      Abbie’s a Warrensburg local and loves meeting new faces within the community. What are Abbie’s favorite things? Complimenting people, making them feel great, and ensuring they never leave without a smile! Abbie spends the majority of her free time with her two boys, Liam and Evan, and loves planning new adventures to go on.
                        Carrie Spangler, MBA, MS, NI-RN
                        ReDefine Supervisor
                        Carrie Spangler, MBA, MS, NI-RN is the ReDefine Supervisor with 13 years of nursing experience and 11 years in leadership and management. She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Clinical Informatics, along with a Nursing Informatics Board Certification. Carrie is also a small business owner of The Spangler Farmstead LLC, where she sells sourdough products, pasture-raised chicken, and farm fresh eggs. She is a mom of four boys and enjoys gardening and scuba diving trips in her free time. Occasionally, Carrie fills in for IV Therapy, Laser Hair Removal, Microneedling, and the Elevate Wellness & Weight Loss program.
