ReDefine Medical Director, Dr. Amira Ghazali, is a board-certified general surgeon who completed her medical school and residency at the University of Missouri in Kansas City, MO. Dr. Ghazali offers services such as prescription skin care, nonsurgical eye and facelifts, full-face consultations, and targeted body fat sculpting. She loves making people laugh, animals, and, in her spare time, doing art projects with her son.

Medical Director of Elevate, Dr. Angela Phelps is board-certified in Obesity Medicine and has been practicing in our community for 20 years. Dr. Phelps is passionate about whole body wellness by offering education or proper diet and exercise to help you achieve your long-term goals.

Laura Routhieaux, RN has 15 years of nursing experience with a specialty in critical care, working in various ICUs throughout her career. At ReDefine, her offerings include laser hair removal, microneedling, IV therapy, and education for the Elevate Wellness Program. Her husband is active-duty Air Force, and she has two beautiful girls. She loves to spend time outdoors, hiking, swimming, and gardening.

With 16 years of nursing experience, Ashley Holmberg, RN, brings her expertise to ReDefine Medical Spa. Specializing in laser hair reduction, IPL, and IV infusions, Ashley combines clinical excellence with a warm, personable approach. Outside the spa, Ashley is an outdoor enthusiast, movie buff, and avid Harry Potter fan.

Madeleine Nunez is a licensed esthetician who finds joy in performing facials and creating a serene oasis for her clients. Her mission is simple: to make you feel comfortable, relaxed, and truly pampered. Madeleine is originally from Arizona and is a proud spouse of an active-duty Air Force member.

Abbie’s a Warrensburg local and loves meeting new faces within the community. What are Abbie’s favorite things? Complimenting people, making them feel great, and ensuring they never leave without a smile! Abbie spends the majority of her free time with her two boys, Liam and Evan, and loves planning new adventures to go on.

Ciara Pennock, NP, has seven years of combined experience as an RN and NP. At ReDefine, Ciara offers cosmetic injections and fillers. She loves spending time with her family and animals in her spare time. Fun fact! Ciara has four children, three dogs, one cat, one chicken, and one parakeet!
